REM Healthcare is an approved TAC occupational therapy provider. No pre-approval required in the first 90 days, clients can self-refer or be referred by their doctor.

The referral process

Getting home safely

Many clients come when they are ready to leave hospital but unsure if their home is safe. We assess and identify what needs to change.

Rebuilding everyday independence

An accident can affect getting dressed, preparing meals, managing the home. We work through these practically and at your pace.

Documenting entitlements

We write a detailed report accurately reflecting how the accident has affected daily life, shaping what TAC funds.

Ongoing support

For clients with longer-term needs, we provide ongoing assessment, capacity building and equipment prescription.
