What the service includes
Activities of daily living
We assess how the person manages personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, shopping and community access — comparing current ability against their baseline before the injury or condition occurred.
Work capacity
We evaluate the physical and cognitive demands of the person's occupation against what they can currently do, identifying what they would need in order to return to work safely and sustainably.
Direct observation
Rather than relying solely on what the person reports, we observe them completing tasks directly during the assessment. This observed evidence is what gives the report its clinical credibility and weight.
Validated outcome measures
We use standardised, validated assessment tools throughout to ensure findings are measurable, consistent and meet the evidentiary requirements expected by reviewing bodies.
Clear recommendations
The report includes evidence-based recommendations for treatment, therapeutic supports, assistive equipment, home modifications, or a structured return to work pathway.
Report delivery
A comprehensive written report is completed and delivered within 10 to 14 business days of the assessment date, formatted to the requirements of the relevant reviewing body.
- A person whose injury or condition has affected their ability to work or manage everyday life and requires a formal report documenting that impact
- Someone preparing for a review or appeal who needs an up-to-date and independently verified picture of their functional capacity
